Thomas Lundin, LMHC, CADC
Executive Director of Outpatient Services
Tom can trace his passion for psychology back to being a student at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he studied human factors and engineering psychology. Since then he has worked in various clinical settings including psychiatric inpatient, detox, addiction rehabilitation with Hazelden-Betty Ford, clinical outpatient, and once served as an integrated dual-diagnosis specialist on a community support team in Chicago. He currently works as an outpatient program director in Massachusetts and serves on various mental health community councils and addiction task forces.
Tom approaches therapy on an individual basis. Each individual, couple, or family is unique and requires compassion and understanding. He is trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and specializes in Strategic Family Therapy, especially with families affected by addiction. He can provide treatment for anxiety, trauma, social phobias, depression, and addiction.

Tanille Louis, PMHNP-BC
Tanille graduated from Boston College School of Nursing with her graduate degree as a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2016. She received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Rhode Island College in 2012 with honors.
She specializes in Psychiatric diagnostic and medication management for Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, ADD-ADHD, Substance Use Disorders and PTSD. Also, she utilizes the bio psychosocial perspective to address all major mental health issues.
Tanille has four years of experience on a psychiatric inpatient unit at Butler Hospital in Providence, RI as a Registered Nurse and is now primarily working in outpatient treatment settings.
Courtney Young, LMHC
Courtney Young, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master's Degree in Holistic Counseling and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) in Mental Health. Courtney utilizes an individualized, holistic, and wholehearted approach with each and every client she works together with to encourage her clients to access inner truths and practice discernment through self-awareness and mindfulness.
Courtney provides support and validation to her clients using Person-centered, Strength-based, Trauma-informed approaches, along with mind/body centered techniques, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT), and Creative and Expressive arts. Courtney has 5 plus years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a variety of settings including individualized outpatient counseling, intensive home-based services, acute hospital inpatient, and residential rehabilitative programs.
Courtney is passionate about helping people find joy and meaning in their lives. She feels it is important to create a safe, non-judgmental space for her clients to explore their innermost thoughts and feelings with a sense of curiosity, compassion, and courage. Courtney’s primary interest is working with adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, mood regulation, stress management, life transitions, gender identity, trauma, shame, grief, career/academic performance enhancement, parenting, codependency, and healthy relationships.
Melissa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with minor in Sociology and a Master's in Human Development and Family Studies with a specialization in marital and family therapy from the University of Rhode Island.
Melissa's philosophy is therapy is a safe place to express your thoughts and feelings and to feel heard. It's no secret that at times life is hard and can be extremely challenging. No matter where you are or what you have experienced on your journey, it's possible to live a richer, more fulfilling, and successful life. Melissa takes a collaborative approach with her clients, and her goal is to work together as a team so you can accomplish your goals and live life according to what is most important to you.
Melissa Prellwitz, MA, LMFT
Deborah McDade, LICSW
Deborah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 plus years of experience working with children, preteens and teens dealing with a variety of issues in multiple practice settings. Deborah has a practical, down to earth style and utilizes a variety of treatment modalities. She believes that change can occur in the context of a trusting therapeutic relationship. Deborah uses an individualized, collaborative approach that supports children and teens in learning and building the skills they need to successfully navigate through life's challenges so they are able to overcome obstacles and work towards realizing their full potential.
