Amanda Zimmer

I am a therapist who believes in treating and engaging the whole person.  I have many years of clinical experience treating adults, couples and teens.   I believe that each individual is unique and provide a safe and non judgmental space for healing and understanding.  I have worked with individuals, couples, families and groups and work on issues including anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, transitions, grief, parent child and work place difficulties.  I have experience working with trauma, substance abuse, crisis management and integrated behavioral health care.

 

I recognize the value of building a trusting therapeutic partnership and utilize a variety of modalities and approaches.  I have a personal interests in System’s Theory, Holistic and Somatic Psychotherapy, Character Development and Personality Structure, and Spirituality.    

Eily Finn

I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with experience working with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of clinical settings. I have experience working with clients presenting with concerns related to substance-use/addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, family conflict and beyond. I believe that therapy has the potential to help any individual find the clarity, resolution, and strength they are seeking to move through life’s challenges. It is my intention to provide a safe space for your journey of healing and self-discovery to unfold. My work is based on a Cognitive-Behavioral framework, though I adapt my treatment approach to best meet the needs of my clients. Through participating in counseling, the opportunity awaits to unlock the resources within yourself to change the way you are feeling and reach a state of inner peace.

Deborah McDade, LICSW

Deborah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 plus years of experience working with children, preteens and teens dealing with a variety of issues in multiple practice settings. Deborah has a practical, down to earth style and utilizes a variety of treatment modalities. She believes that change can occur in the context of a trusting therapeutic relationship. Deborah uses an individualized, collaborative approach that supports children and teens in learning and building the skills they need to successfully navigate through life's challenges so they are able to overcome obstacles and work towards realizing their full potential. 

Lisa Knight, LICSW

Lisa Knight is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working in the human service field with diverse populations of children, adolescents, individual adults and their related families, within multiple mental health, educational, home based and outpatient settings. Lisa’s primary focus over the last 12 years in providing individual and family-based outpatient therapy has been through utilizing multiple evidenced based practices pertaining to the needs of the client or family. This includes but is not limited to coping skill development, gaining confidence and assertive communication skills, client centered treatment and support, insight building, solution focused strategies in dealing with life challenges, in addition to CBT, and DBT to decrease symptoms of anxiety and/or depression. Lisa is also skilled in utilizing emotion and trauma focused therapy approaches, as well as mindfulness strategies, expressive arts, and play based therapy approaches. She works diligently to increase the safety and comfort level for children or individuals to serve one purpose: empowering all clients and families in reaching their optimal growth and development and overcoming of hardships.

Sarah Bruce

Sarah Bruce, LCSW

I am a licensed clinical social worker with 9 years of experience in the human service field. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of areas including anxiety, depression, chronic stress, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and substance use. My areas of interests include adolescent substance use, family conflict, and on-the-job stress.

 

My intention is to create a unique therapeutic relationship that is centered on your existing strengths and provides a dedicated space for growth, healing, and transformation.
